Welcome to Evergrove.

We set out to reimagine the future of after-life care because existing practices face growing challenges in a world that’s changing rapidly. Traditional methods are becoming unsustainable due to land use, rising costs, and environmental concerns. As we look toward the future, we wanted to investigate what the best approach could look like - one that offers lasting solutions for generations to come.

We began by examining the environmental, practical, and emotional aspects of the current options. We explored how humans have mourned and memorialised throughout both ancient and modern history. We spoke with industry professionals to understand the insights they’ve gathered from years of serving families and individuals in mourning. Most importantly, we’ve listened closely to people’s stories and perspectives about their experiences and knowledge of death care.

Evergrove is the culmination of this work. It represents what we believe is the most thoughtful and sustainable way forward for honouring lives with grace, beauty and dignity, while supporting our planet.
