Her expertise in behaviour change, data-driven strategy, and service design ensures that Evergrove’s vision for beautiful, nature-positive memorialisation resonates deeply with communities. Committed to social impact, ethical leadership, and creating accessible, financially sustainable options, she is focused on scaling Evergrove responsibly and collaboratively. Aria envisions a future where today’s choices redefine our legacy as humankind, establishing nature-positive after-life care as a practice that honours both people and the planet for generations and millennia to come.

Zak drives Evergrove’s commitment to innovation and rigorous research in sustainable after-life care, ensuring our technology is safe and built to scale. With over two decades of experience in product design, research commercialisation, and development, Zak has influenced projects worldwide with a focus on practical, scalable solutions. As Co-Founder and Director of Research Development at Evergrove’s research partner, Huum, he is passionate about using cutting-edge innovation to solve complex environmental challenges. Zak’s leadership ensures that Evergrove’s technology is not only backed by rigorous research and sustainable practices but also prepared for growth, advancing our mission to offer meaningful, nature-positive solutions that honour both people and the planet.

TERRAMATION DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Luke leads Evergrove’s terramation operations, research, and development, ensuring that our processes uphold the highest standards of environmental integrity, safety, and quality. With over 15 years of experience advancing sustainable waste management technologies, Luke has been instrumental in shaping large-scale environmental projects. A pioneer of NSW’s FOGO (Food Organics, Garden Organics) programs, he has made significant contributions to composting innovations, including scientific trials for CSIRO exploring compostable materials like nappies and bioplastics. As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Evergrove's research partner, Huum, Luke brings deep expertise and a commitment to sustainable practices, driving Evergrove’s mission to create a system that honours both people and the planet.
